All Pizza Rat Apparel gear is printed on demand and made just for you. That means every order goes through a 2–5 business day production window before it ships. We don't cut corners — your rat merch is worth the wait.
Shipping rates vary by item and destination. The available options and exact cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.
United States
Economy Shipping
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery: 4–8 business days
Standard Shipping
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery: 2–5 business days
Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
Canada — Standard Shipping
- Production + Delivery: 12–35 business days
Australia — Standard Shipping

Rest of World — Standard Shipping

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on that inbox.
Issues with Your Order? Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues — but we do offer size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order (items must be unworn and unused). For exchanges because you selected the wrong size, you are responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. Contact pizzaratapparel@gmail.com with your order number for authorization and return instructions before sending anything back. We will confirm the replacement shipping cost with you before proceeding. These shipping charges do not apply when an incorrect or defective item was supplied, and this exchange policy does not limit applicable consumer rights. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at pizzaratapparel@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
