Returns & Exchanges

(1) Can I exchange for a different size? We know sizing can be tricky. If your item doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a size exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Email us at pizzaratapparel@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

(2) Do you accept returns? All Pizza Rat Apparel items are printed on demand and made specifically for you — they are considered final sale, except in cases of damage or incorrect items. We ask that you carefully review sizing guides before ordering.

(3) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If your order arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, email us at pizzaratapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

(4) What about EU customers? If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling off period. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
